Agreement

By using this website or requesting a brief, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Services described

Pages on this site describe trade marketing programs for convenience store promotions, including displays, POSM kits, sampling days, seasonal waves, activation briefs, and field audits. Descriptions and price ranges are informational. A signed scope of work defines deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments or complete purchases. Sending a contact form is a request for discussion, not a binding order.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate store lists, brand assets, product claims, and approvals needed for artwork and field execution. Delays in approvals may shift install windows.

Intellectual property

Website content belongs to Mindenginepoint Trade Marketing unless noted otherwise. Project files created under a paid scope transfer according to that agreement. Unapproved reuse of concepts shared in pitches is not permitted.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content through forms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed under Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. For paid work, liability terms appear in the relevant service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Nonthaburi Province unless a service agreement states otherwise.
